Secretary General – RSC
Nalubwama Fatuma is a dedicated educator and passionate community advocate. As the General Secretary and one of the founding members of RSC, she plays a key role in shaping and guiding the organization’s mission.
With a strong background in teaching, Fatuma brings deep experience in community mobilization, youth mentorship, and grassroots development. Her leadership is rooted in service, inclusivity, and a commitment to empowering vulnerable groups through education, health awareness, and sustainability initiatives.
She continues to drive meaningful change and ensure that RSC stays focused on its vision of building stronger, self-reliant communities.
Chairperson – RSC
Eng. Baale Musitafa is a professional engineer, visionary leader, and a founding member of RSC. As Chairperson, he leads the strategic vision and governance of the organization, ensuring effective implementation of programs that address community needs.
His engineering background enables him to provide technical insight and direction to projects focused on water, sanitation, infrastructure, and renewable energy. Baale is deeply committed to inclusive development and the application of practical solutions to local challenges.
Under his leadership, RSC continues to deliver innovative and impactful community-based initiatives that build resilience and sustainability at the grassroots level.
Treasurer – RSC
Nsubuga Sirajeh is a founding member of RSC and serves as the organization's Treasurer. With a professional background in Information Technology, he plays a crucial role in managing the financial systems, digital tools, and data integrity of the organization.
Sirajeh brings a strong blend of technical expertise and financial accountability to RSC’s operations. His skills in digital management, budgeting, and transparent record-keeping ensure that all programs and resources are aligned with the organization’s goals for impact and sustainability.
His commitment to innovation and efficiency supports RSC’s broader mission of empowering communities through technology-driven and financially sound initiatives.
Director of Youth Affairs – RSC
Sheikh Hassan Ibrahim Kitenda is a respected community leader, mentor, and one of the founding members of RSC. As the Director of Youth Affairs, he leads programs that empower young people with knowledge, values, and opportunities for personal and community development.
With a strong foundation in faith-based leadership and social guidance, Sheikh Hassan brings deep insight into youth empowerment, moral education, and behavior change. He plays a vital role in designing initiatives that address issues such as unemployment, life skills, and civic engagement among young people.
His commitment to nurturing responsible and resilient youth continues to shape the future of the communities RSC serves
Head of Programs & Founder, RSC
Transformational Leader & Social Advocate: As the Programs Director and Founder of RSC, Muzamiru Kaibo is a driving force behind the organisation's mission to achieve social justice and amplify the voices of marginalised communities.
With extensive experience in program management, implementation, and monitoring since 2014, he has established himself as a seasoned project initiator and social advocate. Muzamiru has a proven track record of managing programs and projects that drive meaningful change in disadvantaged communities. He is skilled in developing and implementing strategic plans that align resources with project goals. As a strong team player, he can motivate and guide teams toward achieving project objectives. He is also a passionate advocate for human rights, social justice, and community empowerment.
